Overview
The architecture is a product decision I respect enough to name: iQ ships as a Chrome extension that works alongside the EHR rather than waiting on five host platforms to integrate it. That's how you launch AI features fast in enterprise healthcare.
The suite is broad and shipping: ambient AI clinical documentation (public results: ~80% less notetaking time, notes from 15 minutes down to 3, 120+ languages), an EHR assistant that answers how-do-I questions from a curated knowledge base, chart auditing, billing support, a mobile app dedicated to clinical documentation, and an admin web platform where agencies control what feeds the assistant — Qualifacts-curated content plus their own uploaded docs — alongside analytics and user controls. Qualifacts is the first EHR vendor certified under ISO 42001 for AI management, and I designed the product surfaces that certification governs.
The admin analytics app is the design-and-code proof: I designed the UX — two full pages, every state, KPI drill-down modals, a note-diff similarity column — then built the React front end myself on a real mini-system: 92 color tokens, a type scale, spacing, light/dark from day one.
