UI/UX Manager & Design Engineer
Design systems, accessibility, and full-stack product engineering for behavioral-health SaaS. AI-native.
I run design across five behavioral-health products and manage a team of seven — and I still ship at staff level. I designed and engineered Forming (FFB), a FHIR-native form builder, end to end in code; I own the design system as published, tested npm packages; and I built the company’s accessibility practice from scratch and remain its point person — 2,000+ audited findings across four platforms, working directly with compliance, sales, and legal.
AI is a real part of how I work — agents I direct, tooling I build, constraints I write down well enough that automation can’t quietly get them wrong. It’s how one designer-engineer can hold a form builder, a design system, and an accessibility program at the same time without any of them being hollow.
