Research first, PRDs before code, design where it earns its keep, and agents doing the heavy lifting inside guardrails I built. This site itself came out of that loop.
The loop
Research
Users, customers, and the market — not assumptions. I run focus groups and usability sessions, collect user-submitted requests and field feedback from every corner of the company, and compile it into a backlog with evidence attached.
For FFB, discovery meant contacting the people living with paper intake across five products before a single screen existed.
